First steps. Why is this important? Why have this here at all?
And it's because I want for you.
The possibility of an experience. Where a horse that you don't know walks up to you. And trusts you completely. And in that trust says.
I want to be with you.
I want you to have the experience. Of standing there.
Teaching a lesson at the side of the arena. And the horse that totally ignored you while being groomed. Walks up to you and buries his head into your chest and into your stomach and just stands there. And you know he is saying thank you.
I want for you. To discover one day that unaware.
That your horses become so attached to you. That you are family. That if separated from you, they act no differently than they would when one of their herd mates. Leaves the pasture and leaves them behind.
And they're stricken. Because the bond between is so strong.
And all they want is just to be together.
But in this case it is you they want to be with.
There is so much here.
A level of awareness between you and the horse and the connections between. That reflect not just with the horses.
But With every life that you come into contact with. A way of being that.
Is delightful, surprises you.
Brings peace and serenity.
An energy. Where those who step into your space.
Only feel peace. As if this place was a sanctuary.
Where nature delights. And gives you moments you never expected to have.
You feel as if you become a part of her.
But all of this requires change change, and a transformation and change is hard.
It is amazing what we don't see. Amazing what we're blind to that stands there right in front of us.
And that is true of all of us.
So many times again and again.
I go. I wish I knew back then. What I know now.
Because what I did was wrong. I could have done so much better.
That happens again and again.
As I see more and more around me, as I become more and more and the two are intertwined in a way that few people realize.
People can't see that they don't always see reality, even when someone holds up a mirror 2 inches from their face, they can't see what is there.
This is the reality that we had difficult to accept. Thinking our experiences.
And our thought processes on them are real. And that was never true to start with our brains are not designed to record the truth.
They were created to explain.
To make choices and assumptions.
To pick out of the million things that are coming into you, what is important in what you will notice?
It picks what you will notice.
It doesn't share with you everything that you see because you would go crazy with the download of information.
Based on past experience based on past thinking, it makes assumptions.
And you may think I'm crazy, but if you go online you will see all sorts of instances where the brain can't see what is there to be seen?
A group of people bouncing around a basketball and who walks through but a man dressed up as a gorilla. And people watching the video never see the gorilla walking across the stream. Because they're watching the moving basketball. The bounces from one to the other. He doesn't hide, he doesn't slink. He doesn't bend down, low he walked through strides through confidently. And the scientists and those putting this together, know chances are you will never see him.
Your experiences. Your expectations. Are everything.
And sometimes you see what's really there.
You have to start fresh.
You have to clear what is already there.
You have to take away assumptions of a lifetime, and if you think that isn't hard.
You have no idea what you're in for.
