Meditation is about becoming quiet, to be able to reach a place of quiet where our thoughts, our concerns, our worries finally rest and no longer define us.

While many agree on the benefits of meditation, there is no doubt that many find it difficult. Find it difficult to take control of unruly thoughts that love to sneak up on us, thoughts that bounce and rattle around, another one always ready to join in the fray. Difficult to try to find a place of quiet, a moment of peace in all of this.
