When we begin to understand what is possible we can train teachers, to become mentors. Create classes that facilitate our awareness of what is happening, of the lessons within lessons that once you are aware are there that can exponentially advance your potential, and perhaps most importantly of all support the horses so they can fulfil their destiny as your wise guides and impish counsels.
And to the surprise and delight, I know of many will be when they discover that through this process, if you wish, you can gain an unbelievable body of work, a complete working knowledge of the horse that is unsurpassed. The level of knowledge as a rider, as an instructor that will be there for you, will astound you. All of this while giving birth and supporting an incredible relationship because you will know how to fully support a wonderfully healthy, astonishingly beautiful and a powerfully conscious horse. And all of this while we explore and expand our own awareness. All of which we don't need to get on the horse to do. Instead discoverying how in the presence of the conscious horse we can learn a new powerful form of meditation where we learn a healing for us, for the horses, for the earth.
The possibilities inherent in our work with horses is so extraordinarily, insanely different. So completely different from any other practice in raising our awareness. Raising a different possibility of us.
The reason that the answers can be so hard to find is that we are usually not asking the right questions. We don't see how or have never been taught that first it is our level of sensitivity and awareness that we need to develop so that we see the answers that are here to find if we know where to look. We keep being told that it is the horses that need to change, need to learn something new. Not realizing that it is not the horses that need to learn something, it is not the horses that need to somehow change, it is us. We are the ones that need to learn to have the skills to properly hear and then communicate. No point in asking a question or giving a direction if you can't even hear the answer.
The responsibility and the possibility of everything that follows is on us.
We currently have in development 19 Fields of Study comprising of over 150 courses and 1500 individual classes in development.
An incredible body of knowledge that directly relates to how and what the horse can become when we climb up on their backs and more than that how we can help them. Knowledge that holds a lot of the answers on how to become a truly extraordinary rider, instructor, trainer, person.

It is through records and images and video that we memorialize our studies and the work of our students. Our understanding of the available techniques, software and equipment available ensures the appeal and viability and value of the work that we do.
Before we can start our Third Beginning we have to make sure we understand the lesson of the First and the Second.
Where we need to start. A different place then perhaps that you expect. As we establish how to begin in a place of quiet, so that awareness can find fertile ground to explore and grow. Here we have resources so you that you as the facilitator have some different ideas of where to start.
I dream of a place of quiet where the soul can rest and delight in the endless life that abounds. Where we bring peace to each other's soul. Where we do everything we can to minimize our touch not to disturb the lives of those others who call this home. Where quiet is the mainstay. Because that has been the lesson all along.
Here we examine our hearts, question ourselves, being truthful maybe for the very first time what is it that we want from the horse. And then we ask the question, is what we want, fair? Is it time to pick something else that might be more conducive for us and for the horses that we profess to love so much. It is time to pick our first want. That thing we want more than anything else for our horses.
The first steps that we get to take together in this the Third Beginning. This is what comes next when we create the base to make everything possible. That base that has to start in the quiet where we remove the impediment that is us and allow possibilities and potential to be expressed in a way that could never come before because we were the ones stopping it. This is what comes next.
The first lesson. The gift of silence so others can exist in full measure.

The Equine Facilitated Awareness Living in the Every Day Program. A practice incorporating Kjrsos, the horse who as a teacher, guide, mentor, and healer for us humans, amplifies what is possible. Makes easy what seems improbable. With the horses at our sides, we learn the beauty and the healing of how to learn how Living in the Every Day, centers, calms and brings serenity and joy into our lives.
Every moment of every day we are presented with choices. Stay, go, do this or maybe that. We make lists and race through them never stopping and asking which should I do next. We never look with intention. We never look and try to see ahead of this moment of now which is better path to take. We have forgotten how to look for the right side of the creek.
The time you spend apart, away from life diminishes us. Every moment you spend aware and in the space of life the closer you come.
For us and for the horses because that is where life is. We need to be where she is the strongest. Where she has the loudest voice. Where her essence permeates the air.
While it is Kjrsos, the horse who as a teacher, guide, mentor, and healer for us humans, amplifies what is possible makes easy what seems improbable. With the horses at our sides, we learn the beauty and the healing of how to learn how to become what is possible inside of us. Finding the joy and the harmony, the beauty and the connection, the belonging to what we are a part of. Those who help the horses in this task, are facing a formidable yet loving task. To be there in support of both human and horse. Helping guide the way, while staying out of the way. Letting the journey unfold as it must for each individual. This is not our journey, it is theirs. A difficult task to balance when we often just want to help.
Here we focus on the idea of becoming a Chosen One. And bring in the images and film that relates to the stories included in So That We Can See - The Second Beginning
This is about learning to live in the now. The Kjrsos principle that this is where the horse's live, and if we don't live, exist in the same place and in the same time, our communication will always be garbled.
The Equine Facilitated Awareness Living Mounted Sensitivity Program. A practice incorporating Kjrsos, the horse who as a teacher, guide, mentor, and healer for us humans, amplifies what is possible. Makes easy what seems improbable. With the horses we begin to discover a new sensitivity, an awareness of energies and forces that we perhaps were never aware of before. We find a way to reach outside of who we are, or at least past the limitations of what we supposed that which is us.
Any Equine Facilitated Learning Program can only exist because of the horses. This work incorporating Kjrsos, the horse who as a teacher, guide, mentor, and healer for us humans, amplifies what is possible. Makes easy what seems improbable. With the horses at our sides, we learn the beauty and the healing of how to learn how to become what is possible inside of us. Finding the joy and the harmony, the beauty and the connection, the belonging to what we are a part of. But this work is not for all horses, and they must be allowed to choose. And it is important for us to support them, to be responsible for their emotional well-being and help and support them with the job that they have taken upon themselves. In here lies the seeds of the success of any program.
But more than this we have to be aware of the difference between the conscious and the unconscious horse and how to heal those that have lost that part of themselves. After all that is our responsibility but more than that we can't expect the unconscious horse to be a healer, to fulfil his destiny as a guide to that which we don't seem to be aware of. It is here perhaps that we can do the most good brining the unconcious horse back to health and return to a state of conscious awareness.
If you can find the questions that live within the answers you have now, you are well on your way to living a life of discovery, of joy and inspiration. So in this time and place we challenge you to live for a time in a space where only questions can exist.
The essence of photography - to capture moments in time, the practice can help us develop our ability to live in a moment in time, to live in the now. It can help us center ourselves in a very unique way. It can also center ourselves on details that we would otherwise miss becoming an invaluable tool. It can bring us closer to nature. Can raise our awareness to the beauty that surrounds us everywhere, can bring us back to what is around us, that we too often miss. It can bring us closer to the world around us. Bring us closer to nature. Becoming a discipline all of its own helping us bring us closer to our horses. At the same time, the skills you learn through Kjersos can make you become a better photographer as you will be able to get shots that you never believed possible, allowing you access that would never otherwise be yours.
Photography bringing you closer to your horses < It goes both ways > Kjrsos, helping you become closer to becoming the photographer you can be.
Creating the Sacred Grove, Loading the Lodestone, it is about what energy you put in, to create a place of serenity, peace and attraction to life eveyrwhere.
For a moment we breathe in and we feed the life that is us. We take this simple thing we do up to 30,000 times a day, and use this to help raise our awareness even more.
Why We Need the Conscious Horse - What this means to them and to us.
The blessing of the conscious horse.
Discovering how health both physical and emotional can influence the level of conscious awareness of our horse.
Once you are convinced that it is only the conscious horse that you want to work with, there arises the question - how do we do this? How do we help the horses in our life become more consciously aware themselves? This is just an introduction to the subject because much of what comes after this is designed assuming that it is only the conscious horse that we want to work with.
Limiting the conscious awareness of the horse is in many ways to destroy his spirit. You take away what he could be. A terrible price for him to pay for our own limitations.
There needs to be a rise in awareness not only the limitations created when working with the unconscious horse but also many inherent dangers. Not just a danger to the horse, but dangerous to us as well.
We need to address the concept of the unconscious rider. Who with little awareness, limits or sadly causes damage unknowingly. What we must understand first is that this is all of us. It does no good to point fingers at others because all of us are on this journey. To raise our awareness, our sensitivity, our consciousness. None of us has gotten to the end yet. None of us are perfect and ALL of us love our horses. All of us are the unconscious rider to some varying degree. So where we all need to start is acknowledging that and focus on how we can help. And first we have to start on ourselves.
This is about the horse. About how we and our horses need to live in a space where the energy there supports us. How we need to learn that the energy we and others bring - disturbs us, disturbs the horse. Where he lives makes a difference. Perhaps far more than you realize. Here for a moment, we are going to pause and discuss how many horses live, in corrals and stalls, in a barn with many different people, with different personalities and different ideas on what is right for the horse and discuss what this does to him just to be there, to live like this.
This is his strength. This is his power. Understanding the importance of where he lives for the fully conscious and aware horse.
The more we understand the horse the more that changes the relationship that we have with them. We must look carefully, analyze, wonder what is here. And in the wondering, discover what is here that maybe we missed before.
These tools can be powerful. Any powerful tool needs to be treated with respect. Used in the training method referred to as clicker training which encompass the concepts of positive and negative reinforcement. The basic concepts go far beyond just a click and a treat, and are at some level a part of any relationship. Which is why it is so important that you understand these concepts and how they impact upon your training and your relationship.
The concept is not difficult to understand but how to do it is. This challenges almost all training methods that we use for our horses and challenges us in new ways. What does your training system say to the horse?
Everything we do here at Kjrsos is about helping the horse have a voice. An ongoing process that never stops. Knowing that it is not enough for us to hear but they have to be able to speak as well.
It matters not what we think we need to be, to be a leader when we are with a horse. What matters is our understanding how they decide if you are or not. And that is something that too many miss.
A series of articles that speak to the interacting and training of the horse and how important it is to spend as much time as possible learning to work with our horses in such a way that they spend as little of their lives as possible with the halter on. The more we can learn to work with the halter off, the more that teaches us about our interactions with our horses. It gives them more of a voice, helps in the development of their consciousness when they are given a choice. If we need the halter, we need to explore how else can we change, what else can we find. How much farther we have to go.
Time to ask yourself what is your perspective on those who live here with you on this earth. Then ask yourself how that influences how they interact with you.
The ability to visualize and recognize good movement may arguably be 'the' most important educational element.
The walk is the most complicated of all the gaits having both a diagonal and a lateral component. It is what we often refer to as a gait of healing. Because of the intricacies of the walk, it can be the one that is most difficult to have a full and complete understanding of. But it is the one that is perhaps most important to understand so that we can fully utilize it as a gait of health.
Where we further examine the mobility of the horse's neck especially in the gait of walk as the gait of health.
There is so much happening here at any given point in time and yet this is an area that we don't spend enough time watching, observing so that we can understand how this is something that we must allow the horse at all times. A fully mobile back is the sign of a truly healthy horse.
The trot is our first gait of impulsion and it is here that we must strive for a purity of movement at all times so that we keep the trot as a gait of impulsion.
We have an incredible resource available to us that we should never underestimate. We need to value this incomparable resource that every single equestrian can benefit from. Especially if we put healthy movement first in all of our dealings with our horses. The wild herd uncompromised, with an endless variety of terrain to challenge the equine body yet a body uncompromised by our mistakes.
The ability of the body to make minute adjustments to bring the body back into balance.
The complicated subject of bend is probably the most intense and most complex of any and all subjects of anything that has to do physically with the horse. A subject that you will need to study for the rest of your life. The importance of this subject cannot be overstated.
The study of movements that include bend. This subject is covered extensively in our Healthy Movement of the Centaur Program, but we begin an introduction here of lateral movement. Interesting to understand to watch and see how the horse moves without a rider on and how he incorporates lateral movement as he plays within his own body.
Studying the shoulder of the horse. Deserving of study because it is different in the horse then it is humans. There is no skeletal connection in the horse for the shoulder and the front legs. They have no collar bone and we need to understand the ramifications this has on the movement of the horse.
Discovering where the horse finds balance. Where equilibrium lives in his body without the rider.
æquus means Equal and libra means Balance
So Aequus Libra or æquilibrium means to be in Equal Balance
Balance could and perhaps should be the defining essence of the horse.
When we raise our children, from the very beginning, as babies we look to stimulate, to activate them, as children and young adults to educate them, and then we take this bright mindful creature and we look them up to look at four walls in a cage of 10 by 10 feet, or look at the same fence line and dirt lumps in a 40 by 40 foot enclosure, or a few acres of grass that is 'safe' but perhaps boring. As the individual who restrains these creatures, who limit their interaction with a rich diverse natural world we have a responsibility with our horses the same as we do with our children, to raise an intelligent horse. To enrich their lives that brings out their best potential. Also perhaps we also need to take the time to question why when we think about breeding, buying a new horse, that intelligence is not one of the markers of what we think is valuable.
Based on the premise of "Raising an Intelligent Dog"
Since we know that their intelligence is part of where they live and reflects their emotional being. That is why we discuss intelligence here.
Every approach is the first. An opportunity to communicate perhaps in a way that you never have before.
Includes the safety rules of being around the horse?
Pre-requisite Understanding and Basic Communication
Debating re Category Plant Intelligence or just include that here
The reality that we play with, that we do not understand.
Could also be under Anakalypsi. Helping us look at things differently.
Or under Awareness. How to raise awareness, is to realize we don't have all the answers.
And then we start to notice and one has to wonder, do we only see this now because we have a greater awareness or are we seeing this because there is just more now? A course to celebrate and share when we start to notice the gifts she brings.
A very important question to find.

Releasing the Horse through the Rider
How to move the horse to the wall. Pretty sure there will be an article on this somewhere in HFL

Discovery classes are different than the rest. Often posing questions more than answers but trying to look at everything with open eyes. Examining facts, figures and especially what is in our hearts. Questions that we return to again and again and again. Because that is who and what we are. Kjrsos looking for the questions in the answers that we have that maybe can lead us to even a better understanding. Here we examine the question of what the differences it creates in the horses to bit or not to be bitted.
Where do we want the weight to be supported from? Three Levels. Front, Center, Back and what does this look like in the horse.
Bend vs Lean
Banking through a turn versus staying upright through the turn
Covering everything from change of bend, what we want to see in the horse/human combo when we any kind of turn. Based on Foundation Principle To Move Into Our Hand
A discussion on tracking up, overtracking and are we focusing on the wrong thing? Rather than worrying about overtracking or tracking up that this as everything is about balance. Sweet exquisite balance of the horse/rider, the centaur, combination. The horse needs to step into the specific spot that balances what is above. He needs to step into the center of balance to lift it up into power.
Check under First Principles
Pre-requisite The Canter
This is in essence a non-category, not something that we study but something that we encourage you not to study.
The Hand Gallop is a gait that many do not utilize. Often not understanding the difference between the hand gallop and the gallop that we see with a horse speeding down the final turn at the racetrack. So many people miss out on this wonderful gait.
Dedicated to understanding the complexity of the aids that ask for bend. This is where the rider has the most difficulty in the transition from passenger to rider when we begin to direct the energy of the horse. A bridge we need to help riders cross, maximizing the lessons that come before and that come after.
In changing directions, we are literally changing course. Crossing over from merging with the energies of the horse, and becoming that energy, and now to direct that energy consciously. As soon as we take up choice we become responsible for all that transgresses from this moment forward. Authority cannot be had without responsibility. The two are joined, two different sides of the same coin. This is the challenge you have now undertaken. Do not take it lightly. Be humble and forgiving of yourself though because it is a journey for all of us.
The outside yielding rein. Over three decades of teaching and it was only today when I sat down to create this series of lessons that I came to realize that I have been using a rein aid that to all extents and purposes doesn't exist. It isn't listed anywhere. It hasn't even been given a name. But it is possibly the rein aid that I use the most frequently. Other riders use it, teach it, but don't necessarily speak of it as a rein aid. We can work on a different name. It is ours to name, since it doesn't seem to be listed anywhere else. Perhaps a good article would be why is it that we don't name a rein aid that gives and only list those that take.
♔ Kjrsos Rider's Field of Study | Finding Potential ❂ Liberated into a Higher State of Dynamic Potential
The same concept is referred to as the side pass in western riding.
Introducing tear drop pirs
Yes of course we have been playing with transitions, taking our horse from one gait to the next. This is about the journey where transitions are a constant not the aberration. Which is how most people ride. They put their horse on a trot and they trot and trot and trot, in the same direction, in the same rhythm, with the same straightness, on ad infinitum, then at some point in time they ask for a walk, or maybe a canter. Transitions are so much more. They are alive. They are the conversation that we have been striving for and finally now are going to be able to expand. There is language, a conversation, varied, diverse, heart lifting. They build power in the horse preparing them for a new balance.
All Potential Lives in Collection
Every moment with your horse is about collection. Collection is not an end goal, collection is not a final form, but is along for the entire ride. It is there in a milder form, if your horse's body is healthy. There to nurture, to develop, to cradle, to find and to protect and perhaps most importantly of all, to allow.
Potential ~ Ability | Possibilities | Capacities | Capabilities
Of should this be collection lives in potential?
This is preparing the rider for the concept that in every movement is the 'potential' for collection, so we need to be aware and ready to allow, support, and praise as the baby steps of collection begin to appear.
We start here, because this is where we will end.. It is from this point forward we need to be aware of possibilities of the potential of what the end is, so we know where we are going and when we are surprised by that special moment we can embrace it, praise it, glory in it, in that moment in time. Sometimes the change will be subtle and a little more difficult to find to reward, so we must be vigilant always.
The pre-eminent movement that is the base of all movements. It is the key leading to access to power of the hind legs and is the key to all other movements, from piaffe to pirouettes. This one movement is everything. Which makes how you access shoulder-in the most important thing that you will ever learn.
Movement - A language through our physical bodies

Playing with corners ~ the beginning of exploration of the possibilities that live in the horse.
Need to subdivide.. the yield of the outside hand for initial corners.. that lesson. Versus playing with corners and the training possibilities that live in there.
Pre-requisite The Mobile Shoulder under The Study of Healthy Movement
From collected to extended trot.
Including the mittletrab
Not only what each is and the dangers in each but what each brings to create a malleable, released yet powerful in the strength it brings to the horse's body.
The balance of two sides equally developed. Equal bend and release. The pinnacle of our horsemanship. But a word that has no business being referred to at any but the most developed and highest levels of your equestrian journey. This is the quest. The equestrian quest.
They can not be too much forward. Forward protects the horse from us.
This is such an important subject. This movement the base of everything that is to follow, this is where you will live for the rest of the equestrian journey. It can be a direct path to piaffe, pirouettes and so much more.
Course: The Shoulder-In
Curriculum: The Foundation
Curriculum: A New Relationship
Curriculum: The Study of Movement
Today we focus on the pirouettes that exist in either end of the horse, somehow we have forgotten the joys when a pirouette exists in the middle.
Learning what the full pass can bring us that the half pass can't. Limitations that exist in half pass that don't exist in full pass help us utilize this movement to create sequences that so helpfully help us access the horse's body.
Passage can be fun but is wrought with difficulty because it seems easy to achieve yet with that ease so much wrong can be introduced to the horse's body.
Piaffe when done right is a moment where more options exist at any other moment. A time where more possibilities exist than at any other point of time and anything else that we do with our horses.
This is not something you do, this is something you find. You can find it because it now exists. All the work that you have done to now, creating a horse that is now balanced, equal, in carriage, in flexibility, in bend. Equal capabilities gives you straightness. Here we discuss how you got here.
It is in preparation that collected walk is created. Of any other movement a true collected walk that allows no restrictions anywhere in the horse is probably of every movement the most difficult and hence is left to the very end with the hope that in this attempt we will not undo all that we have tried to do in preserving full access to the body of the horse.
Preserving, protecting, allowing, developing potential is the defining answer of Kjrsos. It is 'the' question to make sure that the path that you have taken is true. This is our measuring stick.
See Beginning With The Rider article
Kjrsos Principle We always begin with the rider. It is the rider that determines if healthy movement is a possibility. By starting with removing the limitations created by the rider, we empower and respect the horse from the very beginning as we take responsibility for our own issues. We fix ourselves first.
Leg Aids Don't mean faster
Collection is the horse ready to do what we want to ask for next.
Thank you to Kjrsos - to the Horses, Our Teachers.
There is a serious need for instructors who know how to protect the horses from the beginning. Who knows the need for ensuring that our relationship with the horse comes first.
If you like us believe that we must protect the body of the horse, that we need to protect the voice, the essence and spirit of the horse, then please consider becoming an instructor. The need is extreme, a need for instructors, not that know how to do a piaffe, or how to compete at the Olympic Level, but know and understand the basic principles that protect the body and voice of the horse. That understand the rules that protect the horse, that help the basics that everything else is based on. The horses, the riders need you. Even if you only follow the basics as presented in 'The Foundation Course' you can do so much good.
We are here to support every instructor, in every way we can. Anyone considering becoming an instructor know that we will be here for you. You won't be on your own.
What you need to know about the commitment that is required to become a Kjrsos Instructor
In discussion, we explore concept and ideas with an open mind and an open heart, seeing what new things we can learn together, and add to the world body of knowledge on horses and our work with them. Developing future material for the site.
A weekly question that we ask the riders to contribute to the discussion. Only available for the week, but might be returned to again in the future. Published every... Thursday?
The rewards in becoming a Kjrsos Instructor can be very overwhelming and inspiring. Seeing the changes in the horses is rewarding and to know you can bring health back to the bodies of the horses or just make sure that he never loses full access and can move with power and pride, absolutely beautiful as he floats across the ground is very humbling. And what you bring to those who partner with the horses can be life-changing whether they choose to work from the horse's back or if you utilize the horse as part of a larger expansion of awareness, connection and consciousness in an Equine Facilitated Awareness Program.
The Kjrsos Programs focuses on what is healthy for the horse always. At this level in the courses for Instructors, we begin an entirely new field of study where we discuss how to recognize issues and problems in the horse, how these affect the horse and possible solutions to those issues. This is an area that we will be continually updating throughout the instructor programs and completing in the Instructor Level 3 Program.
Here, we dig down deep. We leave no stone unturned as we expect those who graduate from this level to have incredible knowledge and be ranked amongst the best in the world in that regard. But it is here that you might choose to specialize. You may find that you are more drawn to Equine Facilitated Awareness Programs, or you may find that you are more drawn to help those humans who have chosen to explore the experience of bringing together these two disparate bodies horse and human. Eager to learn the skills and awareness of creating the revered centaur. Where human and horse come together in incredible synchronicity.
You can instantly recognize each by the symbol at the beginning of each course.

Once you are accredited as a Level 2 Instructor look forward to ongoing available sources for education. We cover many subjects not covered in our public courses, including studying many of the notable trainers and instructors of the past and various training programs. We expect intense discussion and debate as we pour over the many different riders of the past and hope through this all of our knowledge will grow. We don't cover this in our regular course, as Kjrsos is focused initially on presenting how to achieve healthy and advanced movement in the horse. We leave this study to advanced riders who have completed the body of work that is Kjrsos. Once we understand how and what works best for the horse, it provides us with the tools to better evaluate other processes. Traditional and otherwise.
We support our instructors with ongoing training, including training and other resources about how to become an instructor, how to start a business in this field and what to expect. We are here for you every step of the way.
From the Chosen One Series on How We Can Change the Parameter of Our Relationship in a New and Fundamental Way. The Choosing of Us
This is the beginning of the next level of your equestrian journey, where you begin to help the teachers, both human and horse. Think of it as being at the level of a professor. These are those who have ready to begin teaching the teachers.
When you have the knowledge to begin teaching teachers, you have reached a level of excellence that few in the world will ever reach. The wealth and breadth of knowledge that you have will be humbling though. Because it is here that we finally realize that we will always have so much yet to learn so that we can do the right thing by both human and horse. We can guide but we come to realize we are limited by what we don't know yet but will learn tomorrow. And we come to realize there is always another tomorrow.
We have no mastery level here at Kjrsos as we consider only one being as having the truths that we need to learn and that is the horse. It would be hubris to suggest that we, any of us humans are masters. Thus we have chosen to call no man or woman master. We realize that master is a signal of respect for someone who has so much knowledge to impart to us. But to give any system - any human - the term master, indicates that we cannot question, cannot search for what doesn't work or what might work better. Even here at Kjrsos, especially here. We hope that in all of our hearts we can always be humble and remain a student of the horse, knowing and understanding we all have so much more to learn. In establishing Kjrsos our hope is that we have developed a model that understandably is ever-changing, ever-evolving, while we stay true to our roots and our principles. My fondest personal wish is that we can establish a community to take on this task of evolution who will tread carefully and consciously onwards, long after I am gone. I would love to be here to keep learning from all of you. Human and horse. Considering the amazing things I have been shown, I know there is no way for me to even begin to imagine what you will be shown next.
The Light in me bows to the light in you.
Throughout the pages and the ethos of Kjersos, you will note we don't usually speak to the individual. We talk about concepts, ideas, teachings because we are here to support everyone on their journey, not to take this moment to sit in judgement on their own journey. We can learn a new idea from someone who we completely disagree with, they can bring value, new teachings into our lives. So we talk about the idea, discuss the value this might be to the horse, or perhaps it is something that you need to be aware of because of the possible damage to the horse. But we don't attach to that awareness of the possible harm to the horse an attack on the individual. Whatever they do, as a spirit they are of value as well. And we support their spirits, their growth, their experiences as ones hopefully of potential. I can not like what you do, but still, care for who you are. That is a difficult task. Easy to say to a child we love, but so much more difficult with those who we don't know. Any time we connect damage to another it is so difficult in that empathy not to care, not to weep and not to be angry with a universe that allowed it to happen and in turn not to send our negative thoughts and energy to the one that we perceive as perpetuating those events. Which is why we made the conscious choice to cover knowledge, not people. But it can be helpful to see the effect of how one thing we might end up doing as a rider that we might perceive as being positive has a negative effect somewhere else. It can be valuable to see the whole. To see how it all works together. Hence this section on system analysis. It is our hope that because we can do so in a kind way that always respects and cares for the one who we are speaking of and that as we analyze and in a way sit in judgement, that we can look at the what and not attach our thoughts to the who, to the spirit of the one that needs your support as much as you needed the support and the lessons of the horse to find your way.
We stand for the horse. We stand with respect for life and all its wonders. We cannot have a closed view that we are here only for those who are talking the courses of Kjersos. We have to understand that we need to do more than that. That our responsibilities extend far further. We need to mentor, develop programs, develop material that reaches out. That tries to make a difference in this community in the consciousness that connects all of us.
We currently have one mentorship space available.
