When we get right, it is the most incredibly beautiful thing. We bring the horse to a bearing of incredible pride and joy. The power coursing through his/her body, the strength, is joyous to behold. The rider seems to disappear as all we can see is the horse, who seems to literally grow in stature. The horse grows taller, stronger, as we guide him into his full potential. His/her pride shines as they lift up as we empower our horses to ever greater efforts. And it all starts here a transformation that comes through knowledge starting with understanding the horse.  The study of how his body works, how his mind works, communication that goes both ways and how to build a connection between the two of us.

It is learning what is healthy movement for the horse. Removing restrictions removes limitations.

But this is different then understanding when human and horse come together.

Kjrsos is...

Kjrsos is... about a physical transformation...

This is about the physical transformation. Transformation that comes through knowledge starts with understanding the horse. The study of how his body works, how his mind works, communication that goes both ways and how to build a connection between the two of us.

Physically we start with the study of movement. Understanding every detail from everything how his head and neck positions affect his center of mass to how his unique design through his shoulders creates lateral possibilities. It is learning what is healthy movement for the horse. Removing restrictions removes limitations.

But this is different than understanding when human and horse come together. So we study that as well.

The study of the centaur body. Understanding our influence on the horse and more than that how this new body, human and horse together, needs to move, needs to balance not only for the health of the equine body but for the possibilities that this opens up for this new form.  This is different, not the same as Kjrsos on his/her own.

We study in great detail the influence of the rider on the horse.  First to minimize our influence in unintended ways, as well as to improve the clarity of our communication and then finally to help guide the horse into his full potential.  While it is true that we teach nothing new to the horse, all that we ask of the horse he can do naturally, we bring something to the table as well.  Somehow we can create something unique, something that is incredibly beautiful when we come together.  Unfortunately, the opposite is true as well, that we can take away his/her potential as well. The truth we can so easily damage the movement and hence the equine body where it resides.

But when we get right, it is the most incredibly beautiful thing. While at the same time that we remove the limitations and impediments that we place on the horse and what perhaps they place on themselves, we guide them to the space where they find greater and greater access to their own power. No wonder the myths of the Pegasus as it seems as we striving to go higher and higher physically and perhaps even mentally, with each successive success.  The energy reaching further and further upwards, higher and higher, stronger and stronger, power perhaps one day to feel like we are no longer bound to the earth.  We soar with a power that we have never experienced before, where muscle and sinew, seems to remove limitations. Something that we can only find on the back of a horse. On the back of Kjrsos.  We want to teach you how to fly.
