I think that is what everyone misses.  
 
We climbed aboard thinking we need to take charge, not thinking we have to give up of ourselves. Not thinking that this is not about the horses giving themselves up to us, but instead us giving ourselves over to the shape, form and energy of the horse.  Our body becoming an extension of theirs.  And the Transformation Begins.
 
The beginning of awareness of another. 

  " We can create from the very beginning a Horseman so exquisite that they bring out the best not only in themselves but also in their horses. "

Our focus is on giving the horse a voice a​nd learning how to listen to that voice.  

Knowing if we don't understand what they are trying to tell us, we can't learn from them.

 Understanding Riding is The Study of Movement. Movement that comes from them, not from us.

Healthy free flowing movement brings joy, and to experience that together, that sharing, raises our connection, our consciousness of each other even more. 

Unhealthy limited movement shuts down the soul of the horse. Shuts down his heart, his joy and his interaction with us and others around him. 

To respect the purity of movement, to support it, is to allow the conversation to begin.  

And it begins with learning the basic elements of movement required by horse and human to arrive​ in syn​c, in the same movement in the same moment of time."

 Kjrsos... an unbelievable body of work, a complete working knowledge of the horse that is unsurpassed. The level of knowledge as a rider, as an instructor that will be here for you, will astound you. All of this while giving birth and supporting an incredible relationship because you will know how to fully support a wonderfully healthy, astonishingly beautiful and a powerfully conscious horse. 

That is what we want to help you find.

It is our level of sensitivity and awareness that we need to develop so that we see the answers that are here to find if we know where to look.  

We are the ones that need to learn to have the skills to properly hear and then communicate.  No point in asking a question or giving a direction if you can't even hear the answer.

The responsibility and the possibility of everything that follows is on us.

When Riding Can Heal

Here we study healthy movement for the horse when now we  introduce a rider into the equation.  When we  are no longer just talking about the horse, but now talking about the horse/rider combination. 

A new creature - one combined from two. This new physical structure demanding different parameters to ensure the health of the horses.  And brilliantly new opportunities as well. 

And if we do it right it becomes a place of healing for the horses.  

When done right it is the reason for riding and we can help the horses in ways we can't when our feet are on the ground because now we can feel what he is feeling and that is often the first step to healing.  And every choice we make after that should be done in wisdom to help the horse clear what is troubling him. Which is why we consider riders healers. Once you experience riding as healing and make that your quest, you have discovered the joyous experience of the Kjrsos Rider.

   A way to hold the future in your hands.  When we hold the possibilities of this moment.  

And that is what we do as riders.  We are treasure hunters, but what we seek, what we crave, our drive, our lust, not for gold but for potential.  Because it is here that possibilities exist.

And the more possibilities that exist in any one moment, the more perfect is that moment and the more beautiful our horses.  

The more possibilities that exist in this moment, the higher state of potential the horse is in.  And it is this one concept that overall that possibly is the best definition of what the concept of collection is supposed to be.

And it is perhaps one of the most important abilities as a rider that we need to possess, the ability to liberate the horse into a higher state of potential.

These are Level 2 Courses.

The experiences and knowledge of Level 1 a preparation to get us ready for what is here. To prepare us to be with the horses. Knowing we needed first to have clear communication and awareness between the two of us. Looking to create a partner and to have a relationship with the horse before we climb on their back, in respect for them. Preparing us so that we are open to hearing what they have to show us, to learn from them in this next experience.

Our choice if we pick up their challenge. And if we can find the answers... you will never be able to look at horses or your life the same way again.
